One of my research assistants once told me that the first time she got her bottom spanked, and took the first breath in her life, was inside of a car, where she was born. She came three weeks earlier and totally unexpected. The air ambulance arrived in twenty minutes, but she arrived first. Within another twenty minutes, both her and her mother were safe inside a hospital. Did you know that in the US, approximately 3500 babies are born in a car. Outside may have been raining, snowing, blizzard, or hot sun, but inside of their car they were safe.
